The northern lights earlier this week was propably at its most spectacular this winter. With cold weather and no clouds, the Aurora Borealis show started at around 8PM and lasted for several hours.
Truls Tiller, one of the best photographers in town, was on the Floya mountain and captured some unbelievable shots.
For a long time it looked like Tromsdalstind was set on fire. An amazing aurora was flaming from behind the mountain and filled almost the entire horizon. Such an experience is difficult to put words to, you really should have been there to get the full grasp of it.
And in the midst of show, a few reindeers appeared and made the experience just magical.
